The Angereb also known as the ''Bahr as-Salam'' is a river of Ethiopia and eastern Sudan, and one of the sources of the Nile. It rises near Daqwa, north of Gondar in the Amhara Region, flowing west to join the Atbarah River. The historic district of Armachiho is located along part of its flow.〔G.W.B. Huntingford, ''The Historical Geography of Ethiopia'' (London: The British Academy, 1989), p. 34〕 The Angereb Dam spans the river, built in 1986 for water supply purposes. == See also == * Lesser Angereb * List of rivers of Ethiopia * List of rivers of Sudan 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Angereb River」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
